Quality, professionalism, and execution expectations for participating in Texas Trade Network.
Texas Trade Network (TTN) supports trade involving Texas by coordinating introductions and execution support between businesses and service providers. Our standards exist to protect the quality of the network and to ensure introductions are productive for all parties.
TTN is not an open directory. Participation is intended for organizations that communicate professionally, provide accurate information, and can follow through on execution.
We prioritize fewer, higher-quality introductions over mass outreach. Clear requirements and honest capability statements are expected.
Members and partners should be prepared to engage promptly and professionally, with documentation and operational readiness aligned to the transaction.
Respectful communication, realistic timelines, and good-faith engagement are required. The goal is long-term trust, not one-off transactions.
TTN may request information necessary to route members and partners correctly and to support productive introductions. The level of vetting depends on the category (business vs service provider) and the nature of the transaction.
We do not publish private onboarding details. Our goal is to confirm fit, capability, and professionalism—then coordinate introductions in a way that protects all parties.
Please avoid inflated claims. Accurate information results in better introductions and better outcomes.
TTN invests time and effort in preparing requirements, coordinating introductions, and supporting execution. We expect participants to respect the introduction pathway and operate in good faith.
Where applicable, coordination and referral arrangements are handled transparently during onboarding and engagement setup. TTN’s goal is long-term trust and repeatable execution—not one-time transactions.
We do not promote unprepared companies or distribute contacts broadly.
Introductions are coordinated for a reason. Good faith protects the network.
Professional responsiveness and execution discipline are expected.
